Hello! Welcome to my digital portfolio!! My name is Amanda Carroll, and I am your students' future teacher! Although originally from New York, I attended Albright College in Pennsylvania. My areas of certification are Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, and Special Education. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish, and I am currently pursuing a Master's of Education in Special Education. I have a deep passion for serving and educating students of diverse backgrounds. Some of my greatest teaching milestones include teaching English to students in Spain, and working with inner-city youth in my student teaching placements as well as in settings outside of school.
When I am not teaching, I am learning! One of my favorite pastimes include reading, as well as spending time with family and friends and learning from those around me.
